We are a merchandising services company, specializing in design and sales of apparel and accessories for the fans, sale on French and international tours, the management of concessions in stadiums and venues, the building of merch stands on exhibitions and World Expos, and the optimisation of sales on e-shops.
Involved since 2003 in an industry and real estate investment group “Jean-Claude Cherrier” Fan Avenue never stopped developing its activity in acquiring licenses, to create and to commercialize merch collections for artists or major sport events.

Our designers will be able to create collections that will bring out the emotion and sensitivity of each event.
SOURCING
AND PRODUCTION
OF THE COLLECTIONS
Once the strategy and main axes of the range are determined (brand image, quality, price positioning…), we take care of:
– Creation of models, prototypes and samples,
– Production monitoring in Asia or Europe and quality control,
– Textile printing and accessories in our warehouses,
– Approval of all projects by rights holders,
– Delivery of products within tight deadlines
We master all the techniques of printing: screen printing, embroidery, strass on leather, sublimation, digital printing, transfer, flex… which makes it possible to embellish the products and improve the customer experience.
We want to direct the collections on ecological supports.
We have carefully selected our sourcing which guarantees respect for the environment but also for working conditions and remuneration.
– We offer eco-friendly products, particularly in textile ranges with cottons from organic farming.
– We avoid individual plastic blisters and poly bags or use biodegradable and recyclable blisters if applicable.
– We use recyclable materials as much as possible for accessories such as glass, ceramic, paper, metal and wood.
WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTIC
Thanks to our 1000 m² (10763.91ft²) warehouse, we offer tailor-made logistic solutions, adapted to the needs of show productions, French sports federations, record labels, etc.
Our processes follow market requirements and best practices for inventory management, packaging and shipping.
We work as much as possible with local partners and centralize transport operations to limit the carbon impact of shipments.
Our parcel shipping policy is characterized by:
– Systematic reuse of packaging
– The use of Kraft paper rather than plastic or synthetic foam for cushioning
– A specific cardboard packaging for the mugs to guarantee the optimal positioning of the product and prevent breakage without having to add plastic materials
– The use since early 2020 of biodegradable tape to replace the traditional plastic one.
#WEBSHOP
We have been developing e-shops since the creation of the company. Web shops are the natural extensions of events. Fan Avenue e-commerce platform manages more than 50 white label stores.
We offer full support to our customers:

We know how to handle merch on a French or international tour, from A to Z. Whether traveling by tour bus or by our own means, we know how to deal with stocks, find the ideal display, manage sales. Mastering those skills allow us to make the most of these brief moments spent with the fans.
For 20 years we have built a substantial network of vendors throughout the territory, especially thanks to our concessions. We are then able to adapt human needs and management according to each type of event.
CONCERTS
SPORTING EVENTS
We participate and set-up our stores on the biggest sporting events across the globe: Olympic Games, world/European/French championships, world cups, final games of French cups … and also regular season games.
POP-UP STORE AND MUSEUM SHOPS
To create a surprise around an event, bringing even more to the fans: This is also our ambition. We are experienced in the building of a unique pop-up store, whether as a part of a sporting event, welcoming of an artist, or an album release…
We are also skilled to work on events such as exhibitions or fairs.

Environmental concerns are part of Fan Avenue’s sustainable development policy. In this way, our employees are made aware of recycling and energy saving practices.
This ecological approach applies to the company’s head office, but is also applied during events. It is for example discussed during team training, and it is found in the merch ranges made for our customers, in which “organic” products are included.
